I have always been involved in various sports, which sparked my passion for physical activity and competition. As I pursued my education, I discovered my love for teaching and coaching in sport-related courses. I became a dedicated teacher, sharing my knowledge and expertise with aspiring athletes.
Alongside teaching, I also found joy in coaching volleyball and tennis, helping athletes reach their full potential. However, it was during this time that I realized the importance of mental training in sports.
